Laboratory High Speed Dispersing Machine
When developing a new formulation, consistency at the laboratory stage determines how smoothly it scales to production. The BPF-H laboratory high speed dispersing machine is designed to support this step, allowing controlled dispersion and mixing under adjustable conditions. With variable frequency speed control and a flexible lifting system, the dispersing machine makes it easier to adjust parameters such as speed, immersion depth, and mixing intensity during testing. It is suitable for laboratory trials as well as small-batch production from 5 to 80 liters, providing practical data for process validation in industries such as coatings, inks, pigments, and chemicals. Its compact structure and mobility also make it convenient for use in different lab environments.

- Variable frequency speed control
Equipped with a frequency inverter to provide stepless speed adjustment within ranges such as 0–1500 rpm or 0–3000 rpm. Speed can be monitored directly, allowing more precise control during testing. - Adjustable lifting system
The dual-column lifting structure supports manual or electric adjustment, with a lifting range of 500–600 mm. This allows flexible positioning of the dispersing disc based on different container sizes and process needs. - Flexible batch capacity
Designed to handle 5–80 liters of material, covering both laboratory experiments and small-scale production requirements. - Multiple motor configurations
Motor options including 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, and 2.2 kW can be selected to match different material viscosities and dispersion requirements. - Interchangeable dispersing discs
Available with multiple disc sizes (Φ100 mm, Φ120 mm, Φ150 mm), allowing adjustment based on material characteristics and processing goals. - Optional explosion-proof configuration
Standard and fully explosion-proof versions are available to meet safety requirements when handling volatile or flammable materials.
