High Shear Emulsifier
High shear emulsifiers use a high-speed rotor and a fixed stator to process materials through strong shear, impact, and turbulence. As the material passes through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, droplets, particles, or soft agglomerates are broken down and distributed more evenly through the liquid phase. The same high-shear action can combine immiscible phases such as oil and water, creating smoother emulsions, suspensions, or liquid-solid mixtures with better uniformity. The hydraulic lifting design allows operators to raise or lower the working head during operation, cleaning, or material changeover, so the emulsifier is easier to handle in controlled mixing, homogenization, and emulsification processes.

New Materials
- High-speed rotor-stator shear helps reduce droplet or particle size, improve homogenization, and create smoother emulsions, suspensions, or liquid-solid mixtures with better uniformity.
- Fast material circulation through the rotor-stator head supports quicker mixing, emulsification, and homogenization compared with simple low-speed stirring, especially when the formulation needs finer dispersion.
- Stainless steel contact parts and a removable working head make cleaning and routine maintenance easier, while sanitary-grade materials or CIP/SIP-compatible designs can be customized for processes with higher hygiene requirements.
- Strong shear action helps break down soft agglomerates in powders, pigments, fillers, or conductive additives, allowing solid particles to disperse more evenly through the liquid phase.
- One unit can support several wet processing steps, including mixing, dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, and deagglomeration, reducing the need for separate equipment in suitable processes.
Technical Drawings
We can design technical drawings with specified configurations according to customer needs, and can produce drawings within 3 days. After the customer places an order, we can also create detailed disassembly and assembly diagrams, factory layout diagrams, production line flowcharts, etc. for the corresponding machines if they need them.

Customized Rotor-Stator Structures
Different rotor-stator working heads can be customized according to the material viscosity, flow behavior, and process requirements. The selected structure affects shear strength, material circulation, emulsification, and dispersion performance, so the working head should match the formulation and target result.

Compact Structure and Easier Operation
The high shear emulsifier has a compact floor-standing structure with hydraulic lifting, which allows the working head to move up and down for processing, cleaning, and material changeover. It can be used with different batch tanks, giving production teams more flexibility in mixing, homogenization, and emulsification processes.
