The SC formulation pesticide production line is designed for the continuous production of suspension concentrate (SC) formulations, covering all stages from raw material dosing to final filling. It integrates powder feeding, liquid addition with weighing control, pre-dispersion and emulsification, ultrafine grinding, homogenization, storage, filtration, and automated filling into one coordinated system.
The line can be configured with horizontal bead mills to achieve micron or submicron particle size, supporting stable suspension performance. It is suitable for large-scale production of SC formulations, liquid fertilizers, organic and inorganic pesticides, and microbial pesticides.

- Uniform particle size distribution
Bead mill systems support fine and consistent particle size, improving suspension rate, product stability, and formulation performance. - Multi-stage cooling design
Cooling systems can be applied at the grinding chamber, inlet, and outlet to control temperature rise during processing, helping maintain material stability. - High level of automation
Powder and liquid storage, automatic batching, and filling systems can be integrated with PLC control for centralized operation and reduced manual input. - Improved production capacity
Equipment configurations such as PZP60 bead mills can reach 600–800 kg/h, while 100L bead mills can achieve 800–1000 kg/h, depending on process conditions. - Energy-efficient operation
Optimized equipment matching and process flow help reduce energy consumption while maintaining stable output in continuous production.
The SC pesticide production line typically includes the following systems:
The electrical and auxiliary systems use PLC and touch screen control to manage the entire line, including operating platforms, cooling units, dust collection, and cleaning systems.
