Chiller for Bead Mill
The PAC chiller provides controlled cooling for equipment that requires stable temperature conditions during operation. It supplies constant, low-temperature water to help maintain consistent process performance and product quality. The system operates through a refrigeration cycle, using key components such as a compressor, evaporator, condenser, water pump, and temperature control unit. It can maintain cooling water within a set temperature range, typically from 5°C to 50°C, with optional configurations reaching below -15°C for specialized applications. By stabilizing operating temperature, the chiller helps improve process consistency and protect equipment during continuous operation.
It is widely used for cooling chemical processing equipment, bead mills, plastic molding systems, electroplating solutions, laser equipment, and vacuum coating machines.

The chiller size can be estimated based on the cooling capacity required by the bead mill. In general, 1 HP of chiller capacity is equal to about 2000 kcal/h or 2.3 kW. Since 1 HP is commonly calculated within a range of 2.2–2.6 kW, the final selection should also consider the material, operating temperature, and continuous working time.
For example, a 30L pin-type bead mill with a 45 kW motor usually requires a 20 HP chiller to provide stable cooling during operation. This helps control temperature rise inside the grinding chamber and maintain consistent grinding performance.

Uses high-performance compressors from international suppliers, providing high energy efficiency (EER), low noise, and stable operation. Scroll compressors can improve efficiency by over 10% compared to reciprocating types. - Air-cooled and water-cooled options
Air-cooled systems do not require a cooling tower and are suitable for limited water supply or space. Water-cooled systems offer higher heat exchange efficiency and are suitable for larger-scale or centralized cooling setups. - Corrosion-resistant construction
Water-contact components are made from corrosion-resistant materials or stainless-steel tanks. An automatic water replenishment system helps prevent rust and freezing-related damage. - Comprehensive safety protection
Includes compressor delay protection, overload protection, high and low pressure protection, antifreeze protection, and low water level alarm to support stable long-term operation. - Intelligent control and communication
Equipped with a microcomputer-based controller with LED display for monitoring operating status. Optional RS485 interface allows integration with remote monitoring and control systems.
