The PBF bag filter is designed for solid–liquid separation in processes where impurities need to be removed before further handling or packaging. It uses filter media such as filter bags, cartridges, cloth, or other porous materials to capture solid particles from the fluid. Depending on the application, the system can be configured as a filtration cart, bag filter unit, pressurized leaf filter, or closed plate filter. It can also be integrated with conveying pumps and mounted on a mobile frame for flexible operation. During filtration, particles, agglomerates, or filter aids such as diatomaceous earth and clay are retained by the filter medium, allowing a clearer and more uniform filtrate to pass through. This filtering equipment is widely used for product refinement and impurity removal in industries such as coatings, inks, adhesives, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals.
