The PRK resin reactor is designed to handle these conditions, supporting controlled synthesis from initial heating to final discharge within a single system. The reactor integrates key functions such as heating, cooling, vacuum operation, condensation reflux, and mixing. Equipped with anchor or frame-type agitators and supported by precise temperature control systems, it allows stable handling of processes such as polymerization, esterification, and condensation. This makes it suitable for producing a wide range of resins, including acrylic, alkyd, epoxy, polyester, and unsaturated polyester, supporting both pilot-scale and large-scale production.
